NdFeB magnets

Sintered Neodymium magnets (also known as NdFeB, NIB or Neo magnet) is a permanent magnet made from an alloy of neodymium, iron, and boron to form the Nd2Fe14B tetragonal crystalline structure.

SmCo magnets

Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) Magnets is also known as SmCo, Rare Earth Cobalt, RE Cobalt, RECo and CoSm. Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) magnets containing two basic elementssamarium and cobalt is part of the rare-earth magnet family of permanent magnets along with neodymium magnets, are made by a sintering process and exist in two forms. According to crystal structure, samarium cobalt magnets include SmCo5 magnets (1st generation of REPMs) and Sm2Co17 magnets (2nd generation of REPMs). Sm1Co5 (SmCo1:5) is the original SmCo alloy and this has a maximum energy product of between 14 and 24 MGOe. Sm2Co17 (SmCo2:17) is the more common used and stronger SmCo alloy with SmCo26 being the most popular variety.

Hard ferrite magnets

Ferrite magnets are ferromagnetic metal oxides, sometimes referred to as "ceramic magnets" because of their preparation and appearance similar to ceramics. In terms of electrical properties, the resistivity of ferrite is much larger than that of metal and alloy magnetic materials, and it has higher dielectric properties. Ferrite magnetism also exhibits high magnetic permeability at high frequencies. As a result, ferrite has become a non-metallic magnetic material widely used in high frequency and weak current fields.

AlniCo magnets

AlNiCo (AlNiCo) is the earliest developed permanent magnet material, which is an alloy composed of aluminum, nickel, cobalt, iron and other trace metal elements. Alnico permanent magnet materials were successfully developed in the 1930s. According to different production processes, it is divided into sintered AlNiCo (Sintered AlNiCo) and cast AlNiCo (Cast AlNiCo). Compared with the casting process, the size of sintered products is limited, the dimensional tolerance of the blank produced by it is better than that of casting products, the magnetic properties are slightly lower than that of casting products, but the machining performance is better, and it is mainly widely used in the field of instruments and meters and sensors, etc.
